Traffic is bad, no doubt. It's not just that there are more drivers on the road, there are also more drivers on the road distracted by cell phones or other things that make the commute bad.

How much are you paying for garbage removal? My last invoice was around $244 (1 year price) or so for weekly garbage removal and recycling. That is a lot of money if you ask me. The same thought must have been in the heads of some HRCA folks, because they went out and negotiated a deal for Highlands Ranch residents.
