Highlands Ranch Town Center was recently sold

Surprising news for residents of Highlands Ranch. The new town center has already been sold to a new investor. The deal turned out to be one of the highest priced sales in Highlands Ranch ever.

In case you have not been aware of this, but the local real estate investor TCHR has purchased the 6-year-old Town Center at Highlands Ranch property for approx. $10.8 million. The sales price translates into approx. $498. per square foot for the 21,000+ square-feet retail center at 3506 Town Center Drive, This is the third highest sales price for a property in Highlands Ranch sold within the past five years, according to Grubb & Ellis Co., which handled this sale.

TCHR, a retail investor in the Denver Metro Area, bought the property from an investment partnership and developer Town Center Investors.
