Restaurant Review: Ruby Tuesday’s in Highlands Ranch

The Location: The Ruby Tuesday restaurant is convenient located in Highlands Ranch. Just off of C-470 and Broadway near the AMC 24 Theatre. The restaurant has plenty of parking to offer. Park your car between the movie theatre and the restaurant and walk if you want to see a movie after dinner. It will save you the hassle of fighting for a parking space when the movie theatre gets really busy.

The Food Experience: If you are familiar with Ruby Tuesday’s you pretty much know what to expect. Each restaurant offers the same menu. Once more again we were pleased with the quality of the ribs. The Classic BBQ Ribs are always a good choice. At our last visit the salad bar was well equipped, but the dressing choices could have been better. The choice was available, but we were not impressed with the quality and the taste. The Ranch Dressing will be a “stay away” for us the next time. Overall you can expect good quality meals at Ruby’s and that’s what we got.

Sometimes we just feel like going to Ruby Tuesday’s. We know what we want to eat on these days and we know where to get that kind of food for a fair price. Sometimes you just want average stuff – somehow it helps to enjoy a more fancy dinner even better the next time.
