Job Description: Programmer Analyst
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, implement and maintain custom software applications in multiple technology disciplines -
* Operating Systems -Windows NT, HP-UX, Linux
* Database – MS SQL , Oracle
* Application Servers – Oracle, IIS
* Programming Languages – Java, Visual Basic, .Net
* Develops projects in accordance to Global System Development Life Cycle – including project planning and tracking, requirement gathering, design, construction, testing, and implementation
* Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation
* Provide 24-hour support for business applications on rotational basis
Qualifications: * 5-7 years of application programming development experience in design and construction in Visual Basic, Java, and relational databases
* Current expertise with object oriented design methodology
* Current expertise in Struts and applying design patterns (MVC) Additional desired experience:
* Experience with MS SQL
* Experience with XML
* Analytical design and problem solving skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficiency with MS office, Windows and Project planning software
College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Required
