The Little Clinic and King Soopers Offer Free “Heart Healthy” Screenings

We’ve all heard the saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” But how can you prevent health problems? The first step is to know your numbers.

Through the month of April, The Little Clinic inside King Soopers at University & Highlands Ranch Parkway will be offering free health screenings. The full regimen of tests is known as “Heart Healthy” and includes:

-          Cholesterol check (HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, and total cholesterol)

-          Blood glucose level

-          Body mass index

-          Blood pressure
