This helps buyers to get an idea of how your house looks like with leaves on the trees and flowers in color. Check interest rates and keep a close eye on the market. Any shift in one direction can help you if you react accordingly. If the market tanks too many sellers hold off from lowering prices and lock themselves out of the market. The smart seller rather adjusts and finds a quick sale. Of course if you can wait out a slump in the market, you might act differently.
