The Taste of Highlands Ranch – 2008 Edition
When: Friday, May 9, 2008 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Where: The Recreation Center at Eastridge
Price: $25 per person
Restrictions: You must be 21 years of age or older - IDs will be checked at the door.

Get Hooked on Fishing Event
Join the Highlands Ranch Community Association and the Colorado Division of Wildlife on Saturday, May 3 at Redstone Park Pond and get Hooked on Fishing! Experts from the Colorado Division of Wildlife teach kids the art of angling and ecology, then it's on to the pond to catch some fish. Instructors, fishing poles, and bait are provided - the kids even get to keep the poles! (Source: HRCAOnline.org)

Highlands Ranch Farmers’ Market
The Highlands Ranch Farmers’ Market is back this month. Enjoy this outdoor Farmers’ market in the Highlands Ranch Town Center. Hopefully this will be a great (recurring) event again like in the last few years. The Highlands Ranch Farmer’s Market has really grown into something special over the years. The first Farmer’s Market in Highlands Ranch will be held on May 4, 2008 starting at 10 AM.

Summer time means BBQ time. What better time than now to eventually try something new?! Join Whole Foods Market in this new class to learn the basics of barbequing. Experts from the meat department of Whole Foods discuss choosing cuts of meat, marinades and grilling techniques to get the most from your BBQ. Watch them grill and taste the results. Rock Bottom Brewery enhances the evening with beer samples.
