This role is a VoIP Helpdesk Specialist role. This is a 12 month contract! The selected candidate will interface with customers, partners and collaborate with technical teams.
Provide daily operations of a provisiong team that delivers VoIP services
Ensure successful deployment and implementation of services while maintaining quality and superior customer satisfaction

* Strong Telecommunications background, preferably with telephony and SoftSwitch emphasis
* Knowledge of Web Servers, IP Networks, and PSTN interfaces
* VoIP troubleshooting skills
