Douglas County Sheriff Information & Resources
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for law enforcement, investigative and detentions functions throughout the entire County. In addition, the Sheriff’s Office provides communications and dispatch services for eight fire departments that serve both Douglas and the accompanying Arapahoe County. At the time of writing this article David Weaver is elected Sheriff for Douglas County.
