For him this option was pretty much a done deal. We are using that opportunity to review this business local to Highlands Ranch. Highlands Ranch Self Storage is located so close to where he lives, it’s almost like having a storage shed in his backyard. The facility is secured and a facility manager lives at the same location which makes a great combination when it comes to security.

Several different storage unit sizes are available for rent. The smallest unit starts at 5 x 5 and goes all the way up to 15 x 20 units. Some units are climate controlled so that your needs are covered either way. Storage supplies are available (fee-based of course) at Highlands Ranch Self Storage as well. No deposits are required and the rent usually goes month to month. Access to the units is possible 24/7 upon request. Normal gate hours are from 6 AM to 7 PM. The office is open from 9-5 on business days.
