Job Title: Inside Client Executive (Highlands Ranch)

Description of opportunity:

Global Integrated Sales (GIS) comprises highly motivated specialized
sales teams partnering with Field Sales and Business Partners to ensure
Recurring Revenue stabilization & growth and drive new Revenue growth
exponentially, while improving margins through lower discounts. Our
specialized competencies make it easier and more cost effective for
customers to do business with Avaya. The Inside Client Executive
position contacts and sells products/services/renewals to a selected
group of accounts or an assigned territory via telephone.

Position responsibilities include the following:

* May take inbound and/or make outbound calls to customers.
* Closes the sale on assigned products or may generate leads on
complex solutions for outside sales staff.
* May have (assigned) account responsibility for product and
penetration of current customers.
* Handling sales support and customer service tasks as well as
projects for direct customers.
* Troubleshoot and/or save accounts in jeopardy of expiring.
* Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues.

Telecom experience is a plus!
